Jon was a great rep for KB. He showed us around and allowed to absorb the KB homesites. Jon is very knowledgeable and did not pressure us. We did not go with KB for our build because we just fell in love with a different company. We didn't see nothing wrong with KB or Jon. Give this spot a chance.
We bought our 1st home at Legend Heights built by KBHomes. Diane Tran our sale consultant was amazing. She went above and beyond satisfying all our needs. Could call her after ours if I had a question. She would update us weekly on how the building was going. Jeff Kirk our project manager did a great job communicating thru out the building of our home. He is very good and diligent at what he does. It was a pleasure having a great team of people thru out this process. I highly recommend them both. Very kind and friendly.
As a local REALTOR®, I can't say enough good things about KB Homes and Diane Tran, our sales consultant. Diane is a top-notch sales consultant. Throughout the build process, she was knowledgeable, available, and responsive to all of my communications. That is an invaluable service to a REALTOR®. and my clients. She went above and beyond to help coordinate services with other KB staff ensuring a smooth process from contract to close. I would highly recommend KB Homes and Diane to any of my buyers looking to build a home in the New Braunfels area.
