We had a medical emergency for our cat. Dr Lang and all the staff were so kind and patient when we had to make some hard choices. Wonderful care and great place to take our pets at 10pm at night.
Took our mini schnauzer in today. She is 15 years old and must have hit her paw and was limping and crying. When we arrived, we were greeted and felt welcomed. The veterinarian and his staff checked our fur baby and gave us good news. They treated our dog very well and sent us on our way. My family and I really liked how professional the entire staff treated us and our dog.
We had to take my 10 year old cat in for sudden health issues. The customer service and hospitality we received starting from my first phone in to ask for an estimate on the consultation all the way to the next day after discharge was just phenomenal. I've had my baby since he was a kitten and the sudden health issue gave me a scare! The team handled my baby with care and made sure we were taken care of all around. I'm so thankful to the staff here for providing us such excellent care and working with us financially. We are beyond grateful for you guys!
