My husband and I had a great building experience with Travis and Donna Mitchell! We were living in Houston and building three hours away so our number one priority was communication. Travis’s hands on, inspection and supervision, far exceeded our expectations. His knowledge in the industry and exemplary customer service superseded ALL builders in this area. Donna was also wonderful to work with and kept us on track and able to reach the finish line on time. They are a perfect team and we could not be happier with our beautiful house we call home.

Travis Mitchell custom homes built our beautiful modern home on Canyon lake. The attention to detail, timeliness, cleanliness and seamless co-ordination between Travis (builder), Donna Mitchell(designer), Peggy Sampson (architect) and HOA, all while keeping us in the loop made this long distance (we lived 3 hours away) endeavor seem like a breeze. Knowing in advance, the itemized cost of every little detail took the guesswork out of this process with no unpleasant surprises.
