Gordon was friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent when it came to replacing our old peel and stick vinyl flooring. Max and his group, who installed the floors, were always on time and called ahead before coming over. They worked quickly and carefully and did an awesome job wrapping everything up. Gordon was delightful to work with! When I went in, he had already worked up a cost based on the rough measurements I had given him. I was looking a quality carpet that my landlady would approve, but I'm footing the bill (smile), so cost was an important consideration. Everything about comparing, considering padding, reducing costs was discussed in a friendly setting. In fact, the business is in a house. Just a note: When you go there from Elliott Knox, it's best to use the first turn-around on Walnut because it's easy to miss the driveway.
