My cat had an annual appt. Then needed his canine removed, he chipped it years ago. They offer a great sms service where you can ask staff questions and they are extremely quick to respond. He didn't seem stressed at any point i always take that as a good sign. The meds they provided were also easy to give as they were in capsules so I could pour it over wet food. They also call and check up on your pet the next day which is very sweet 😋
I have been taking my cats to this clinic for almost 5 years now. Pretty much every experience has been positive-from the front desk staff, to the vet techs, to the vets. Dr. Spencer in particular is amazing. She is incredibly kind and gentle in the way she handles my cats and in the way she speaks with me. If you and/or your pets are anxious I cannot recommend her enough. I will not take my babies anywhere else.
Called in and spoke to Amy. The customer service was excellent! we are not even in the system with them and she was willing to help us get the resources we needed to get our pets medication.
