When I found Dr. Jonas I was a shell of my former self. Frozen shoulder har taken away so much from me for 9 months and I'd had little luck with other providers, many of whom didn't even know what it was. Dr. Jonas was highly knowledgeable and managed my expectations on the healing timeline but knew exactly what we needed to do. He didn't just treat my shoulder, he treated me too. He encouraged me to do things that would bring back my confidence and deliberately had me do challenging lifts to show me I was still strong and not broken. Great experience with the Accelerate team! Carly and Brittney are always welcoming and engaging and somehow always remember specific details and conversations from previous visits! They make scheduling and arrival fun and inviting. Dr. Jonas and Dr. Watts are both great listeners keep very detailed notes and are truly driven by seeing recovery and improvement regardless of your condition or injury. They take the time to explain the process and direction you are taking with treatment and each time I leave I don’t only feel better, I have a greater understanding of how my body moves and can evolve to prevent future injuries and progress to a better version of myself.… read full review
