“I originally came to see Dr. Jonas for some shoulder pain that I was experiencing while participating in olympic weightlifting. I had avoided this sport for years due to this pain, and had been incorrectly told in the past by other doctors that this was likely due to a "torn labrum." Within two sessions, Dr. Jonas had correctly diagnosed my shoulder pain NOT as a tear, but rather as severe inflammation caused by years of overcompensation and imbalances. He worked diligently with me on coming up with an effective rehab plan, which after implementing this consistently I am so excited to say I am PAIN FREE.
