Colton, ulisise , jessica, deserie, brandon and fernando all did a great job of the packing and their assigned jobs. We had a small fire on the 2nd floor of our house and Servpro was immediately dispatched. However after they left i guess the ball was dropped. No dryers or fans where left do to the fact we had to wait for an asbestos inspection. We put put our own dryers. The only problem i have with Servpro is lack of communication and scheduling. They just showed up. The ballwas dropped
Very pleased with the results of having our sofas and carpet cleaned. Fernanda and Christy arrived on time after giving a 35 minute warning of their arrival. Staff was friendly and polite. Even with our dogs. They got right to work and did a very thorough job. Everything looks great. Terrific experience with SERVPRO of Lufkin / Nacogdoches. Will have them back regularly.
Great service from Ulysses and Ana. Our home was restored and cleaned immaculately. They handled dealing with insurance adjuster. All n all they turned a bad experience into just a bump in the road of life. Definitely recommend SERVPRO of Lufkin/Nacogdoches for anyone's restoration or cleaning needs.
