Our old carpet was in a horrible stained condition. I was told "It might not look perfect but it will look better than before." So I was completely amazed because this is and looks like perfection to me. Would and have highly recommend them. They are so professional and they really took care of my needs. I took my 8'x11' area rug for cleaning and it came out amazing and newly beautiful. I am very pleased with the results. The folks are always professional and courteous. I recommend them wholeheartedly for all your rug cleaning needs.
