I asked for a 90 minute massage and the masseuse, Sam, was extremely knowledgeable regarding pressure points and cupping. She was able to use the heels and balls of her feet to get into constant problem areas on my back that all other massage therapists couldn't . It was by FAR the best deep-tissue massage I've ever received. Additionally, Sam was the most kind and considerate massage therapist I have ever encountered as she asked many times if the massage was either too hard or not hard enough. My friend told me about "Sam" the massage therapist at OMG and that I need to go see her because my lower back has been off-kilter for many years. He wasn't lying when he said that she is the best. She can use her feet better than most massage therapists can use their hands. I highly recommend going here, and if you do, ask for Sam. You'll be glad you did.

I have visited this spa a few times and consistently have a great experience. It is a very zen-like atmosphere, very clean with peaceful music playing. As for the massage itself, I usually request Anna. She is very skillful and thorough with her technique. I highly recommend this place especially if you have body pain that stretching/yoga doesn’t help with.
