I received a phone call to inform me that the repair man was in route. This allowed me to be ready and not be caught by surprise. This is my second review been using this company for two years now ...Mike Fields was my technician this go around very knowledgeable about the situation unit wasn't throwing out heat he said i needed a new heat pk..Customer service told me it would take 5-6 days before the part come .I told her the situation with my work schedule so she shopped around and found me one the next day and this bad storm coming in that was a blessing. Mike back today and hooked me up...Thanks Woods Air Conditioning continue the good service
