Mike Fields, from Wood A/C, came out to our farmhouse where we have 2 separate types of a/c units. He was knowledgeable about both types and brands and he honed in on the issues we were having with the main unit and replaced the part. He was very professional, personable, knowledgeable and he also helped me to understand how best to maintain them in between our service plans. I highly recommend him and Wood A/C.
