We just bought a home and sent the inspection report to them. They came out and went through each thing and then some! Most of the easy fixes they just fixed real quick for us. They installed three new toilets, new washer hook ups, broken outside spigot, found our water shut off (because we didn’t know where it was) and once we get the electrical sorted for the pond pump, they are going to come back and help us with that too. Very knowledgeable and honest. They explained everything, which is super helpful for this new home, and I highly recommend them. Thank you!!!
