I was nervous trying a new groomer, but our doodle was exceptionally well treated at Robert’s pet parlor. He has a mega coat which is difficult to manage, but the staff groomed him in an efficient amount of time, while still maintaining my dog’s comfort. They did a great job trimming his face and ears to our preferred look. I love that they took the time to listen to my requests and address my questions about maintenance between appointments. Thanks!

We’ve been taking our furbabies to Robert since early 2023, and we truly can’t say enough great things about him.
Our husky had a rough experience with a previous groomer, which made him more difficult than his usual personality. Robert was incredibly patient and took the extra time to work with him and build that trust. Huskies will be huskies 🤣, but now our dog actually gets excited when we pull into the parking lot, which says everything.
Our two smaller dogs, including one who is terrified of just about everything, also do so well with him. That level of care and understanding is so rare.
I took my pup Zoe yesterday to Robert's Pet Parlor. Zoe got a summer cut and she looks fabulous. Robert calmed Zoe because of anxiety separation from me, and he loved on her to make her stay calm during the grooming session. Robert and his team did a great job and I will bring my Zoe back to him. Thank you!
