Alex from Rekey Xpress rekeyed four locks on our house yesterday and did a great job! He was on time and called us when he was on his way to let us know when to expect him. Alex was kind, knowledgeable and respectful. He got the job done in minutes.
The receptionist on the phone was also very kind in scheduling the appointment too!

Called Rodger on a Friday morning after purchasing a home in Montgomery on Thursday. Needed locks changed and renewed before I returned to Pgh.Pa on Sunday. He immediately sent his son Alex to do the job. I've got to tell you I have never had the pleasure of dealing with such a nice and polite man in my life. His son Alex was exactly the same. He made sure I understood everything he was going to do. I even added extra work other than what I told them originally. Alex said no problem and did everything quickly and effortlessly. What a great company. I will recommend and use them in future. Thank you Rodger and Alex . I can't say enough about your great company.
