Mine was an unusual problem that is probably not their usual service call. Due to some custom work that had been done when I moved in several years ago, I had a bit of a mess with doors that didn’t meet in the middle and screen doors that were missing an important part and are basically useless. For some reason I suddenly could not even lock these doors and secure my home. Josh very carefully assessed the situation and within the hour he had my lock repaired and had given me a couple of ideas to permanently fix the doors even though they weren’t related to a lock issue. Great experience from start to finish with Rekey Xpress! Roger, the owner, greeted me on the phone and took great care in establishing the job scope for installing 5 deadbolts and keying them all the same on my new home.
His technician made contact with me about 30 minutes before arriving. He arrived and we discussed everything, then he went to work! Very courteous, conscientious with great attention to detail. He did an awesome job and made sure every key worked in every lock before leaving. Asked if I had questions and then was on his way. Everything worked exactly as expected.
