Joe it's the man! He got my Alienware laptop up and running in 24 hrs, after I tried to do it for several months. Super nice guy and very reasonably price. Wish I had brought it to him sooner. Thanks Joe!!!

Joe truly helped me out with a computer fix that had to happen. It was an interface/installation issue between MAC and Microsoft365. Service was done quickly! Plus, Joe's got a nice sense of humor! He definitely made me laugh. I will be bringing any further computer issues to him!

Oh my GOODNESS!!! Joe was a GODSEND!!! I am always very careful about going to sites and downloading apps. But I have downloaded some things that looked legit and weren't. I managed to get Malware. One of them took over my entire screen and I could NOT get out of it and couldn't get into safe mode. The next day I called Joe. He cleaned up all the malware and updated my drivers which I did not know that had to be done manually. I took the computer to him that morning and he had it finished and ready to pick up by that night. I will be taking it to him for a yearly clean up if the computer lasts.HIGHLY recommend!!!!
