Had such a great experience with this company. I was having a black screen issue with my Lenovo laptop. Joe immediately answered, asked some preliminary questions and gave some initial thoughts but wanted to follow up after some research. Within 15 minutes, Joe followed up with some clear options and expectations. I really appreciated the transparency around going through manufacturer warranty if I had time to wait or the issue was more severe. I dropped the laptop off with Joe and he had me back and running within a couple hours, including proactive updates and settings to improve the computer.
