This was my first massage and I asked for deep tissue with Derek. It was absolutely amazing!! This is the best my neck and back have felt in a long time! After I was done I signed up to be a member and they will be seeing me many more times in the future! Derek rocks!

If you want a massage by a true therapist, who is knowledgeable about muscles and how they work, then ask for Derek. Derek at Massage Envy in Montgomery (in the Kroger shopping center) is someone I consider to be a member of my health care team. I've been a Massage Envy member for many years, and recently moved to Montgomery. To be honest, I was shocked to find a therapist of Derek's caliber at this small-town location. He knows musculature. I go in for a deep tissue massage with Derrick every two weeks, it is not what I started doing, but after consulting with the knowledgeable staff we assessed that this was the best plan for me. I workout at least 5 times a week and because of my appointments I have found that my recovery time has decreased tremendously. Derrick always lets me know little things that are most likely to benefit me and how I can continue treatment after my sessions. i.e. stretches and exercises.
