Best CrossFit Gym! They care about their athletes and ensure proper form/technique. The owner and coaches have definitely improved my lifts and corrected my form on all lifts. They are there to push you, but also make sure you have alternatives in case of any limitations you may have. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Always a fun time and always a great workout. Plus, this is the cleanest gym I have seen!

Dre & his staff at Kovu have been professional, detailed and add just the right touch to help push your potential. Family orientated, welcoming classes & solid programming!

I cannot say enough about what a great group of coaches, and people are at Kovu. I was able to try it out for a few month before my work schedule flipped- and it was wonderful! The coaches are truly dedicated to your growth and reaching your desired health and fitness goals.Whether you are looking to start your CrossFit journey or are a seasoned CrossFit athlete - this is where you want to be. It’s a great gym (clean with anwesome equipment) and has flexibility for anyone’s schedule.
