We only found one bed bug, but that was enough to completely stress me out. My niece had spent the weekend with me and likely carried it home from school, so I wanted to be proactive and handle it immediately.
Trey was the technician, and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He explained how the heat treatment works, what temperatures it reaches (over 120°+), and why heat effectively eliminates bed bugs at all life stages. He answered all of my questions and truly gave me peace of mind during a very stressful moment.

Excellent service! I noticed I had a mice problem, called and spoke with the owner-Bill. He personally came out to inspect my property the very next day-on a Sunday no less. The technician, Trey, came out the following day to service my home. Excellent customer service all around. Fast, reliable and knowledgeable they explained everything perfectly. I’ll be using them for all my pest control needs! Highly recommend!
