I’ve always had a good experience and rarely had to wait long. I will say that today was a little diff with the front desk as we were leaving. The power dynamic is off there. An admin should always defer to the physician. Which one girl did ( thank you ) yet it seemed to not be approved of by the girl standing behind helping her. The girl writing the note had to basically say “I’m going to do what the dr said to do”. I’ve never experienced a situation where an admin is challenging the dr. Not a good look
This place was great. Staff was so friendly and helpful. My provider listened and, in my opinion, took a genuine interest in getting me well; I was pretty darn sick. I was a walk-in and was seen very quickly. I've been to a few other urgent care and family clinics in the area, but this one hands down treated me the best. Highly recommend.
