It’s partially my fault, I went to the one person in the salon who is not a certified barber to trim my beard. She skinned up my neck with whatever tool she used. I left with red marks and irritation.I had to use Aquaphor when I came home. I also had to go over the area she shaved with my tweezers, when I got home, to grab a few hairs that she left behind.I will go back, but I will definitely pick someone I feel good about rather than allowing one of them to pick me. I knew the lady was not a barber, but I let her convince me that she could do the same job with her tools.I think next time I’ll go to the male barber. We love the Tune Up! My boys love coming here for the fun atmosphere with the games and juice boxes. We always have great stylist who are so good with my kids and always do a great job cutting their hair. I highly recommend!!

First off the manager is SO great. She is always extremely kind and great to talk to. Every time I come here they are quick to offer me a drink, get me in a chair, and get me checked out. Ive had such enjoyable conversations with all three stylists I use. This location definitely has it together and you can consider them “on top of their game” to say the very least. I love coming here not because I walk out looking better than when I walked in, but because I can say the staff truly creates a friendly environment.Services: Haircut
