We hired this company after meeting with their sales person that was professional and knowledgeable, but the actual installation was disappointing. The crew came unprepared, asked me what they were supposed to do. They missed items that were part of the agreed scope and argued that they do not usually install downspouts, even though it was sold to me. The lawn was installed during rain over uneven ground, so now, more than a year later, it is still bumpy and not properly leveled. Bryan and his crew graded and installed my new patio and pathway with professional and skilled work. Bryan communicated with me every step of the way during the project and made sure they were proving the exact project I wanted. So happy with TGL! Will be ordering more work soon 👍
