I absolutely dreaded going to the dentist, but after 10 long years, I came to Sienna Modern Dentristy. By far the best choice I’ve made in a long time! Everyone there is so nice and provide exceptional service. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable during your appointment. I will continue to recommend Sienna Modern Dentistry to anyone that’s looking for a dentist or orthodontist! Thank you guys!
Switching to Sienna Modern Dentistry was the best choice ever. The staff is so personal and knowledgeable of dental care. They enjoy walking patients through the process. I received a whole consultation regarding the best floss for my bridge. Yes!!!! A win win.
Honestly my dentist is great. She deserves 5 stars from me. The problem is with the people who work the front office, including Michael. Unprofessional attitudes, mishandling of refunds, and never relaying phone messages to whom they are intended, resulting in no call backs. My husband and I don't want to go back simply because of the behaviors of the front office staff.
