I intentionally chose the “Deluxe” pedicure to get a 10 minute leg massage. That never happened ! When informing the employee, he denied and said that it was 10 minutes. It wasn’t even 5 , I can guarantee as someone who gets services done quite frequently. My entire service was rushed and not worth the time of visiting the establishment. Upon checkout, an extra $2 fee was charged for using a DEBIT card. By TX law, DEBIT cards should not be charged an extra fee for such services. (SEC. 604 A. 002.)

This place does a decent job on nails but be careful they sometimes overcharge. I was not told about a service fee for using my card until I was paying. These type of charges must be disclosed before you are paying. So if they do not have a sign where it is seen and only tell you upon paying do not agree to pay the fee. I still tipped because the elderly lady that did my nails did a good job! Just do not like shady deals.

My feet are super sore!!!!! Jenny really damaged my feet! Going to the Dr tomorrow to see if I have a infection now! Will Never go back to them! They do not sanitize there foot scrapers or nail tools disgusting!!!!!! Then they wash what they use on your feet in your water that your feet are soaking in!!!!!!!

I use to adore this place, amazing customer service so clean fair prices. I haven’t been in a few months and everything had went down hill. It’s unfortunate and so sad to see this is what this business turned out to be. Unhappy with a simple pedicure that I use to love from here. Didn’t even let me sit to let them dry before leaving.
