If good customer service is important to you, do not go here, you will be dissatisfied. This nail shop has horrible customer service & mediocre craftsmanship. I was serviced by Lee on yesterday and her attitude was very poor. The shop was cluttered/dirty & the staff are rude with the exception of a couple people there. Even when I walked in, the gentleman sitting at the front door lacked the ability to proper greet he simply asked “WHAT DO YOU NEED” in an alarming tone. I will no longer patronize this business, there are too many red flags!
Cleanliness: Very dirty & cluttered areas in the shop.
Stylist: Lee was rude & dismissive to my requests. She was hard to communicate with.

HORRIBLE experience! lady yelling at me doing my nails the one doing my toes kept cutting me. then the product looks horrible! also they have ants!! i have ant bites all on my toes.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I went for a dip. They didn’t have many color options. I told the nail tech that i am not a “glitter girl. No matter what color i selected she continued to reinforce that i would like glitter. So she proceeds and after 4 nails i spoke up. I told her that i couldn’t continue with this color. She became so ipset with me that she took the drill and began removing the color and my skin. Next thing i know, im bleeding and she’s putting hand sanitizer on it. Then it started burning and she insisted that she would do whatever i like. By this time, i just wanted to pay for the services i received and leave. Initially, they told me $5 for removal but they charged me $15. I will NOT be back! Good luck if you go here.

I came in for mani and pedi, first time in months since my baby was born so this was a bit of a treat. Pedicure was great, she was very focused and clean and did an amazing job. The manicure was a disaster, i lost count how many times i told her to fix edges and just overall details. There were so many errors she kept adding more and more coats while trying to fix issues. My fingers are sore as i type this from the cuts and just over cutting my cuticles. When i came home i had to file the edges to remove left over nail polish and turns out she missed the shiny and last coat on my pinky from the Shellac treatment. My nails DO NOT LOOK GOOD AT ALL. Worst of all when she was putting on the oils and stuff from the Deluxe treatment, she didnt ask me to remove my wedding ring and now having a hard time cleaning it and removing the stuff around the diamond. THE WORST EXPERIENCE GETTING A MANICURE, when this was supposed to be a happy moment being the first time in months getting my nails done.

Very good experience! I went in late about an hour before closing, and my technician was polite, and provided excellent service! The salon was clean, and everyone was friendly!

It’s okay the first time I came and they did a good job so when I came back this lady and she cut me there is a hair in my nail and the outside is messy. And it just looks like messy work
