“My first time being "stretched and flexed" by Flexologist Eddie and it was rejuvenating! Eddie was very knowledgeable of human neuromuscular anatomy and I experienced no pain during my session!
He put me through,slow,gentle,firm stretches, always asking how I was feeling, and really loosened me up! Not even a muscle spasm in the leg I'm under current medical care for!
I highly recommend giving it a try to improve your balance, flexibility, and mobility! I signed up for 4 more sessions. It's like a massage, chiropractic, and yoga all rolled into one, but, without bone cracking and pain!“

“The facility is great, it’s clean, fun, and professional. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. There was zero ego from anyone from their staff or guests. It was encouraging. Coach Natalie was my coach for my first time there. She knew exactly what to do. I got one of the best workouts I had in a long time from her. She took care of me the whole way. Normally I used to do only high intensity Cardio And go until my heart is beating out of my chest. It makes you not want to go. Here this is day two, and my legs are still sore. Without murdering my body. That’s the best way to get gains and maintain them. It was a perfect balance of challenge and ease. I highly recommend this place and especially coach Natalie.“

“You have really lucked out if you manage to find yourself in the care of Dr. Sherwood and the staff here at Apex. Dealing with workers comp in general is a nightmare, and after several bad experiences with dismissive or condescending doctors in the past, I really didn’t have high hopes going in that I would be listened to or taken care of; thankfully, Dr. Sherwood is highly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely fun to interact with. He answers any questions you have and works with you through any concerns. I am truly grateful for the professionalism and care he displayed. “I recently relocated from another state was in search for a chiropractic care center. I did some research directed me to Premier Chiropractic. I had my husband accompany me to the appointment to be sure i had a different perspective. When we walked in we were greeted by Kim at the front desk. I was a bit nervous but she reassured me there was no pressure and I could complete a consult. She stated if we felt comfortable we could proceed with the evaluation. We met with Dr. Levingston who is knowledgeable, focused, and made sure we understood the process. He stepped out of the room for a second and my husband and I looked at each other and confirmed this was the place for us. It was a wonderful experience. We then were passed off to Nicholi the rehab tech who was full of positive energy. He greeting us with the warmest smile. He too was knowledgeable and ready to educate me on the machines and at home care.
I normally never leave a review. I thought I should this time I case someone was just as nervous I was. This place makes you feel like family and always willing to assist anyway they can. I know I'll be coming here for a long time.
