“I found Polygon Richmond location after lots of online research and reading reviews for the best PT practice following my ACDF surgery. I was very glad to have found them and to be treated by Dhwani for about 5 weeks. She was so personable, gentle, always made me feel comfortable, guided me closely with exercises, made continuous recommendations for home practices, and followed my progress each visit very thoroughly. She always made sure I was not going too far or in pain with any movements as I was pretty fresh post op. She was great in educating and teaching, often going over body anatomy and why things were happening or why certain sensations were felt. I loved that they regularly did non-traditional techniques such as cupping therapy, scar tissue mobilization, TENS unit, and more in addition to the physical exercises and massage. This was awesome and not common at other practices! She really spent time working on my trigger points and helping me in any way she could.

I was devastated when they all of a sudden went out of network with my insurance and I was forced to go elsewhere for PT :( But was very thankful to have had Dhwani's expertise and help in laying a strong foundation for my continued PT journey. Thank you Polygon and Dwhani!“
