I came to New Strength Pilates after I had a cervical fusion since I wanted to regain strength and flexibility.
I was so impressed when I first met Beth. She first did a full body assessment. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional.
I love the studio, the atmosphere, the groups are small, classes are
always fun and different, the attention is personalized and Beth truly cares about proper form, safety and individual needs.
