New Pilates is the absolute best experience I have had with any Pilates studio. They will tailor a program for you and can update it and change it on the fly. They are incredibly knowledgeable.
I have been going to New Strengths Pilates for several years. Beth has helped me and so many others learn more about our bodies and how to benefit from movement. She pays attention to everyone‘s individual needs with professionalism and genuine caring. I can honestly say that My body feels better, especially my back. New Strength Pilates is an amazing studio. Beth has created a wonderful environment for all who attend classes (private or small group). Her Pilates knowledge is unparalleled, and her knowledge of so many things health/fitness/wellness is so extensive as to make you wonder how she can fit it all into her brain! She works with her clients to find what their individualized needs are…a personalized approach (not one size fits all). I feel grateful every week that I found Beth and NSP.
