Good price and honest about their services. I had brought in a jacket that had wine stains on them. He advised me how dry cleaning works and that it might not come out. I ended still having him try and I was impressed with results.

After living in the area for 5 years, I am happy I gave McFrugal's a shot at dry cleaning 13 pieces (2 suits, the rest sports coats / blazers. The turnaround time was late drop off Tuesday, pick up Friday after 3p. At first I wasn't sure if that was normal, but I was ok with it since I wasn't in a rush. Counter service was professional and swift. The finished products were awesome. Handed over with the standard plastic bag over pieces hung in wire hangers, with paper over the shoulders / collar of jackets. Bundled in manageable carrying quantities. Pick up was a breeze. The owners were helpful and responsive when I explained my frustration with all the other dry cleaners locally. Couldn't understand why I would get back dress pants more wrinkled when I picked up after service. Apparently all the local cleaners use the same method. They made sure to correct before picking up. Every other place I've used I've had to have them repress 2-3 times. Lived in several other states and never an issue til I moved to sienna. Will use their services again.
