This place is the best ever for all you bass heads or music enthusiasts. Super professional and friendly people, and they definitely know what they are doing. I got a system installed on my 2013 Ford Edge, and it sounds fabulous. Pictures and videos are coming soon. Planet Bass has my stereo business for life. Chuy is the man and everyone that works here is not only really cool, but they really know their stuff.The first cool thing was at the end of my call to make an appointment, they finished the call with ‘God bless you, sir’….that was awesome.I wish I had known about this place for all of these years. I went to a local place where a lot of people go (starts with D) and they completely messed up my stereo. Like really bad. And I paid them a lot. Then I tried a place in Corpus and they messed it up worse. None of the stereo shops would even diagnose the issue, but Planet Bass did that first. Called this location for a quote. Spoke to Chuy I asked for a quote on a remote start for my GMC Acadia which I could afford. Set up an appointment and as he let me know it would take about 2 hours and it did. Customer service was fantastic and I am very impressed with his location. I highly recommend it.
