As a personal trainer I fully appreciate having a local recovery studio in Midlothian to refer my clients to. The full body and localized cryotherapy and also red light red have been so beneficial for inflammation. The infrared sauna is very spacious, enough to fit 4-5 people. The lymphatic drainage from the balancer pro has helped drop inches in a short amount of time. The staff is friendly and very helpful in answering questions. The gold membership is the best value.
