Gave a reasonable written bid with all the small extra costs shown in detail. No surprises or unexpected charges in the end. They replaced the awful old carpeting quickly and cleanly. Flooring was delivered on the day promised and installed in two days rather than the estimated three because their team worked til mid-evening both days. The installation crew were ‘in-house’ employees, not sub-contractors. Crew was closely supervised, polite, skilled and thorough in their work . Everything was cleaned up and furniture carefully replaced before they left. We are pleased and highly recommend their work.“
