We boarded our kitty in the private cat condo’s over the holiday, and we are absolutely content with the high level of attention and top notch care that he received. The cat condos are very spacious, and the play room is large and has toys and scratching posts to entertain all and any types of cats. When we arrived, they had already personalized his cat condo with his name and drawings on the door, small detail but meant so much to us and was very welcoming. Boots (our kitty), has a pretty specific eating routine and Paws&Play was sure to accommodate and even messaged us to give us updates. There is no review I can give that would properly express my gratitude to Paws & Play, especially manager Kirsten. My dog loves this place and they deal with all his behavioral quirks, where other facilities won’t. They genuinely love my Murphy and that was abundantly clear this past week. He suffered a serious medical emergency while kenneled at P and P over the holiday. His condition was not caused by anyone, just happened to emerge at the worst time, while I was thousands of miles away. This place is absolutely amazing and the staff are friendly yet professional. My paw baby loves it there and without a doubt I know they take the time to provide her play time because she is exhausted when I pick her up. Her last visit included ice cream treat, photo/report card, and a luxurious blueberry bath, she smelled so good when I picked her up. Definitely recommend this place.
