“We boarded our kitty in the private cat condo’s over the holiday, and we are absolutely content with the high level of attention and top notch care that he received. The cat condos are very spacious, and the play room is large and has toys and scratching posts to entertain all and any types of cats. When we arrived, they had already personalized his cat condo with his name and drawings on the door, small detail but meant so much to us and was very welcoming. Boots (our kitty), has a pretty specific eating routine and Paws&Play was sure to accommodate and even messaged us to give us updates. We opted in for the daily pictures and notes, it was the high point of our day being hundreds of miles away and getting to see him playing or being loved on by the incredible staff. Overall, I could not be any happier with the level of care and attention that Boots received, we will absolutely be returning in the future!“

“Jennifer and her team are awesome, they work hard with little staff and they love all my animals. It has been hard for them since Covid. With the cost of supplies continually going up and staff shortages. But they have truly rescued my animals from noticing tumors, infections and when they might be running a fever. I love this place because I know they really love and care for my animals!“

“Kim and her team are terrific. One of the greatest challenges any dog groomer has is satisfying the needs of dog owners who don’t know what they want. We adopted what we believe is a Husky-Terrier mix. We had looked on youtube and online in terms of trying to determine what breeds our dog was. Our new found family member had probably never been groomed. Kim listened and asked questions. We still did not give Kim a great deal of guidance. We returned several hours later not knowing what to expect. OMG… Kim’s grooming success was so far beyond our most optimistic expectations, we will be clients for life. If you are seeking a “world class” groomer with reasonable pricing try her services once and you will be “sold” on the quality of her services. We immediately made an appointment for Kim to groom our other dog.“
