Lone Star Heating & Cooling is THE BEST. I had a heating/cooling system that was original to my 22 year old home. Tim or Victor had been out several times this year to repair either the heat or the air. Each time their service was prompt, dependable, and extremely reasonable in price.. Never a bad experience. Never once was I pressured to get a new system - it was quite the opposite: "run your system until it won't run anymore." When that time came, Tim and his team did a wonderful job on the new system installation. As usual they arrived early or right on time and went straight to work. They cleaned up EVERYTHING at the end of the installation --- you would never know they had been here. Tim explained the new system to me, showed me how to operate the thermostat and said to call him if I had any questions at any time, I would HIGHLY recommend Tim and his team. He truly cares about his customer and in providing the best in customer service. Very reliable, always pleasant and has a team that share the same qualities. Good people!

Simply incredible experience. These guys were so honest, upfront, and transparent through the entire process. I honestly wasn’t sure about them as they were assigned by my home warranty company. Unfortunately, the coverage did not include the repair as I let the coverage lapse and the condition predated my renewal. Nevertheless, Lonestar AC was fast, fair, and took my family’s wellbeing into consideration. They promptly repaired the unit and charged a very fair price. I don’t even feel like I was charged the oilfield markup tax we are all so used to paying. Other companies quoted repairs over $4k higher than Lonestar.
