My wife and I were %100 satisfied with the service. I found him online and sent an email requesting prompt service because my ac had stopped. I had received a response within 5 minutes and was taken care of within an hour. Mr. Edwards was very polite, professional and attentive. Not only did he fix the issue, he did some basic maintenance because he said he wanted to make sure I got my moneys worth. I only paid the service fee which on average is the cheapest in town. Not only did I receive top quality service, I received great interaction with humbleness and kindness.

Michael did a great job, made sure to clean up everything, and explained everything he found and did. I like the honesty with his recommendations on when further maintenance would be needed instead of pushing for the work now.
Will definitely use again!
