First time to use D&K, called them on a Hail Mary with a water heater issue. They were extremely helpful in assessing the situation, took the time and effort to walk me through the process, and helped me find out my existing water heater was still under warranty! As busy as things are currently moving here in West Texas, they were out at my home the following day replacing my water heater. The technician was fast, professional and extremely courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need.
