The plumbers came out twice. Once with the snake and once with the hydro jet. They were able to remove the clog. They were tidy and courteous. However they did leave a gray sludge on our porch and sidewalk which needs cleaned up.

They installed a Toto Neorest toilet. Robert was an expert and kind, thoughtful and so nice. He installed this very expensive toilet with such expertise. He did not leave until he was happy that everything was working up to his standards and the area was perfectly clean. I could not have asked for a better plumber.
