HP Cleaners receives mixed feedback. The service is great when staff are there, but hours say open at 8:00, while most of the time no one is there until between 8:30 and 9:00, which is frustrating. Some reviews note they need to do a better job with the clothes, as pants and shirts sometimes have small stains and starch jobs come out sloppy. However, since new management took over a month ago, it has gotten a lot better. New owners are honest, hardworking people who provide a quick turnaround and perfectly clean and pressed clothes. Stains that seemed impossible came out as good as new. The staff is loved, making for an amazing experience overall. It is a great value for nice clothing and linens.

I say that because it is happening more often than not, hours say open at 8:00, but most of the time no one is there until between 8:30 and 9:00, they need to either change hours or get someone there. I really don’t want to have to try and find another dry cleaner, but this is getting very old and very frustrating. It’s 8:43 as I write this and no one is there.
3 stars is fair. They need to work on doing a better job with the clothes . I take my pants and shirts here and sometimes there's small stains when I got pick them up and the starch jobs come out sloppy at times.
It just so happens that new ownership of this cleaners took place right before my husband started working at a business dress job, so he now generated a lot of laundry that must be dry cleaned. Hands down a great value for his nice clothing and the new owners are honest, hardworking people who make sure we get a quick turnaround and perfectly clean and pressed clothes so we can look our best. Take care of your nice clothing and linens and bring them in, we could never clean them this well on our own and they would wear out quicker.
