Just came out of the store today grabbing mic equipment for my streaming set up. My husband and I were blown away with one of the workers there, Mykail. He gave us all the info we needed and was over all just a wonderful and kind person to talk to. If any of the managers is reading this just know you have an amazing employee!

Second trip to the Mesquite store. Didn't write this the first time, but im making sure to do this while I'm still in the store. Employees are all helpful, but we go straight to Mykail. He always provides the best service and makes sure we get just what we need. He goes above and beyond to help us find just what we need. We have now purchased electronic drums as well as a snare and a new bass. Awesome service.

Not too busy. It's a bit small compared to the others. Employees we're friendly & waited till I approached them rather than following me around lol. Wish they had labels hanging from the ceiling to let you know where to find stuff. But I guess they want you to speak to a store associate for that. Other than that everything is so organized & clean. Found what I needed & purchased. ( acoustic guitar strings)
