Our service technician that came out was very knowledgeable about our problem. He found that the reoccurring problem was in our clean out line at the septic connection. We will definitely recommend Rick's Plumming to all our friends and neighbors. Kudos to Randy (our technician. )
I had a plumbing leak under my driveway, and they were quick to respond where others were telling me it would be a couple of days. The 2 plumbers that came out were extremely nice and cleaned up the mess afterward. It would have been 5 stars, but the charge was higher than I expected. Overall, I would definitely recommend them.
Martin was great! Came and did a natural gas pressure test. He was very knowledgeable and gave us tips on upcoming plumbing repairs that would need to be done. We will definitely use this company again!
