Not great. Previously, I had decent results with Dapper but since they stated using the new tracking system, the quality has decreased. They lost a pair of jeans and have been reluctant to find them or provide a claims form for reimbursement. Additionally, they are using a new barcode sticker system to track clothing (they do not do the cleaning on site) and place the stickers right on the fabric in a location that can be seen when worn. This is particularly frustrating as it demonstrates a lack of care for the fabric and clothes they are cleaning.
5 far top to bottom. I travel for work once a month and always bring a decent amount of clothes. They’ve never let me down or giving me a time frame them couldn’t commit to. This last visit was by far my most memorable. I took a lot of shirts and pants and mentioned one of those suit separates was one of my favorites but had a tear at the crotch area. Anyway I ended up dropping more work pants in between. After I picked up my first set I reminded them of the pants needing repairs. Not only were they perfect but they didn’t charge me. I would have gladly paid for it but the gesture alone. Always nice and professional
Originally from Chicago, coming to Texas was a nightmare when I had an issue with my dress for my friend's wedding. I was super glad I came to Dapper Cleaner because they were able to remove the stain, dry clean, and even provide alterations for my Indian outfit before the promised date. The inside was clean and smelled amazing as well! I will definitely be recommending this location to my friends and family visiting Texas. The staff here were incredibly friendly and were extremely accommodating to my situation. Would definitely come here again when I'm in town!
