If you use Virginia Park Cleaners, I highly recommend keeping a detailed list of every item you drop off, including the brand and a description of each piece.

I recently picked up my clothes and was given five items that weren’t mine while five of my own items were missing. When I returned the incorrect items, they only found four of my missing pieces and insisted they had already given me everything else.

Just wanted to share how great my service was at this cleaners! Liz in the morning is so great and so are Evelyn & Sara in the evenings for pickup. They are all so professional and friendly even though it's sometimes very hot in there! Glad to have them doing my dry cleaning and laundry!

I’ve been using this cleaner for more than 5 years and the same girl has worked the morning front counter. She’s now working another shift and she’s missed. No matter the issue, she worked hard to resolve it. She knew me every time and was always professional, friendly and helpful.
