The "hey girl" greeting is a major turn-off, especially when you are of a certain age or a person of color. Years ago, adult women were called "girl" as an offensive word. It may be acceptable for a very young person, but please refrain from referring to mature customers - of any color by saying "hey girl." Ma'am or Sir, depending on the individual will suffice. Most people are there to shop, not find a best friend or feel degraded or disrespected. Save the "hey girl" for your best buddy!

I just went to the store in McKinney and Im very happy with Victoria and Maryam’s service. I loved when employees go the xtra mile with customers. I was buying the small size of a shampoo and conditioner, and Maryam mentioned that the bigger size was on sale and was a better deal. She could have checked me out, but instead she went the xtra mile. That is what I called customer service. Victoria was very nice and good recommending me the best product.

Considering it was 2 days before Christmas store was stocked as much as possible, the manager was very friendly, and the team was very engaged and having fun! The line to check out was long, but went very fast!
