I have been using The Cleaning Force for over a year now. They are always timely and professional. The front office is great at communicating updates and following up on feedback. The past week Michelle cleaned my home and she did a phenomenal job. I am very satisfied with my experience with the TCF team. Exceptional service at an affordable rate.

We’ve been using TCF for a little over a month now to handle routine cleaning at my elderly grandparents home. Our experience has been a little rocky in that our first few cleanings haven’t been consistent.
We were initially assigned a cleaner who was a brand new employee. Unfortunately, as sweet and kind as she was, she also made a few comments during her first 3 visits about not really liking her new job. A little over 4 weeks ago, I had The Cleaning Force for the first time, for a deep cleaning. It was a team of 4 and they did a great job! This week it was Jessica B by herself, and once again I was impressed with the quality of the cleaning. I'm hoping in 4 weeks, it'll be Jessica B again that comes to my house, but I'm sure I'll be happy with whoever is sent. They all seem to be very thorough and competent!
