I had the procedures last April 2024, paid the bill then, you know they won’t proceed until they get paid, last Friday, 10/24/2025, I received a bill from them for $1310.94. What the heck??? I know I’m not their only patient, good grief a year and a half has gone by. I also didn’t appreciate waiting for up to 2 hours for the follow up appointment.

First, I waited a 6 months to post, to see how I am doing. Second I want to say Dr Bullajian was amazing and I highly recommend him. with that said, the "sales" team and tactics were wrong to me. They give you a sales pitch (i needed cataract surgery) 3 options, all 3 include surgery and removal of old lenses and new one put in. 1. clear regular lenses, with insurance $500/each 2. See far only, said about arms reach out, $2,700/eye and 3. To see close and far $5,400/eye and when I was there, they said they offered zero financing, even though it says they do. I could really only afford 2, but they didn't explain, at least to me, what I would be losing. if they had told me, I would have waited till I could afford 3, even though we all know those lenses are probably $100 difference than each other max. Yes, I can see far 20/15 now, which is great, but I wear glasses more now than I did before. I lost ALL close up. I can't read a menu, I can barely see the gauges in a car, and I can't even see my food anymore. It's awful, I had no idea what I would be losing. I had perfect vision up close before, now I'm completely blind until 3 feet out. Any idea how hard it is to see your child's wound? Fix a toy? Even with glasses, very small things are quite difficult to see. I have 3 different pair of glasses now. "computer", "phone" using now, and very close up. Again Dr Bulajian was great, surgery was fine, but sales was shady and results are sad and only way to resolve? Do the surgery again and be out $10,000 plus my original $5,400 and my insurance probably won't approve a second time.

I put off having cataract surgery for a few years. I finally met with Dr. Bullajian and agreed to the procedure. It was a wise decision. Both eye procedures went better than I expected. I now have mono vision with 20/20. I no longer need glasses! I highly recommend this group. Everyone that I had contact with was helpful and professional.

My son just had surgery here and our experience was amazing! Each staff member that we had the pleasure of working with went above and beyond. We never felt rushed during our exams and questions we had prior to surgery. They made us feel at home and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

I am so pleased with my choice of using TVLC for my cataract surgery. The entire staff is fantastic from the initial visit, through both eye surgeries. The doctors and staff are all caring, polite and professional. Highly recommend Dr. Bullajian, Dr Barnett and Dr Wildridge if you want a caring, painless experience.
