1/17/26 Markeith was very responsive to a service call we made to Terminix which resulted in his visit on 1/6/26. He was prompt in contacting us and kept me informed as to the status of when he'd visit our home. We were totally satisfied with our experience. Also, shout out to Hoyem who took the call at the central office and set up the appointment with Markeith. He was very professional and made the effort to repeat the requests I made to make sure he understood what we needed. Could not have asked for a better representative!

Technician was very friendly, explained all of what he was doing and planning on for future visits. Let us know that we could contact him at any time if we had any concerns, questions or new problems.No high pressure sales tactics, but did let us know about other services.My wife is extremely concerned about any chemicals used anywhere in the house, and the technician assured her that the treatments are human safe and also safe for our pets including chickens, cockateil, goats, cats and dogs.Went above and beyond in the explanations to ensure my wife was satisfied and her concerns were dealt with.

There was a two man crew for our service. They worked hard to get everything done in a timely manner. We have three contracts with Terminix and are satisfied with all of the services they provide.
