Great spot for anyone needing a flexible schedule. The 24/7 access is a game-changer, and they even offer specialized 'Night Owl' memberships for those who train between 11 PM and 3 AM. The facility is kept very clean and organized, with a solid variety of equipment, including a sauna and a kids' play area.
Coach Amy is incredible and sweet. She makes sure that we do a correct form and technique, particularly in weight lifting, to ensure safety and prevent injury. The strength training classes are outstanding!!

I've been at TBT for two years and it's the coaches that keep me coming back! Amy is fantastic. She has a gift to meet you where you're at, always encouraging without pressuring. You can tell she genuinely cares about you and your goals. I wouldn't be weightlifting without Amy. Also, shout out to Josh and Abdullah, the kickboxing coaches. Highly recommend checking out their classes if you want to learn good technique and get in cardio. I always look forward to my TBT days!

Just finished up a great workout with Amy at TBT. Amy did provided proper instructions for each exercise and is so encouraging. Every. Is so positive.

TBT Total Body Training has been exactly what I needed. The group classes are high-energy, well-structured, and motivating without feeling intimidating. Huge shoutout to Coach Amy — she’s fantastic. I was in a real slump before joining, and she helped me get back on track with the perfect mix of encouragement, accountability, and form guidance. In just 5 weeks I’ve seen a huge amount of progress in my strength, stamina, and overall mindset. Highly recommend TBT and Amy if you want real results and a supportive community!

5/5 Stars – Killer Session with Amy! I just finished an awesome workout with Amy at TBT Gym, and wow—what a difference a great trainer makes! I’ve been going to gyms on and off for years, but this was one of the best sessions I’ve had in a long time. Amy is super knowledgeable, motivating without being over-the-top, and really tuned into what I needed. We started with some dynamic warm-ups that actually got my blood pumping (no boring treadmill jogs here), then hit a mix of strength work—deadlifts, squats, presses—and some functional circuits that left me feeling challenged but not destroyed. She scaled everything perfectly to my current level, gave clear form cues, and kept the energy high the whole hour. The gym itself is clean, well-equipped, and has that no-nonsense atmosphere I like—no crowds, just focused people getting after it. Parking was easy too, which is a win in Texas! If you’re looking for personal training that actually pushes you forward without ego or fluff, book with Amy at TBT. I’m already looking forward to next week—thanks for the great push!
