Cory was nice and personable, he listened to my description and checked out the system and got it working again in no time.
Cory came back for my maintenance visit and said the system was functioning correctly.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful technician who took the time to explain each item tested. I felt he was honest with suggestions, and he did not pressure me to make a quick decision. Very satisfied with today’s visit.
I’ve used Taylor Heating & Air 10 years ago for a new install of an inside and outside unit plus attic duct work which was done with no issues at all. I saved their number because I was so pleased with the service. 14 years later I needed them for my new hole and amazingly they were still around and able to help out. I had a return vent installed and wider duct work for my home office for better air flow which involved cutting of the ceiling for new vent work.4 out of 5 stars because of their office workers who answer the phones.nice people but not sure if they were all in training or just confused with their system..technicians both times at the house were excellent.Service: HVAC... read full review
