I needed someone quick to come fix my water valve to the fridge that wouldn't close. The entire process from speaking with Rebecca to schedule a plumber out to having Brett and Cecil out to complete the work was so smooth. Pricing was also very fair and they came and took care of the job fast! I'll definitely be calling them for my sprinkler needs as well!

Starnes Plumbing provided prompt service during a recent overflow tank for hot water heater leak. After calling several other companies, we received a recommendation from my mom for Starnes Plumbing. After my call to this company, our plumber, Brett, who is one of the co-owners of this third generation family owned company, was at our home within the hour. He provided outstanding service. He was a really nice man who comes across as trustworthy and reliable. Not only could Brett fix it promptly, but from our calls to other plumbing companies, the estimate was very fair and competitive. One of the other estimates we received for the same job was for 4 times the amount that Starnes Plumbing quoted us!
My husband initially thought he would replace the overflow tank himself when we initially couldn’t find someone to fix it today. He bought the part before we found Starnes Plumbing. When Brett arrived and my husband showed him the overflow tank he purchased, Brett informed us that what my husband purchased was the same quality of what he would use, and that he would be happy to use what he already bought and that would save us some money from what we were initially quoted. I appreciate that Brett was not trying to upsell us his part just to increase his profit. This is a reputable company and we will definitely use them again! We appreciate the honesty, integrity and prompt service of this local, family owned company.
