Premier Independent Physicians of Mckinney

After having issues previously with doctors, we decided on Dr. Syeda Rizvi. She is awesome. First doctor in a long time to actually listen to me. She didn't rush through the appointment at all and made me feel like I was top priority! When there was an issue with a medication, she resolved it in a timely manner. The office staff as well was great!

UPDATE: Premier Behavior called to discuss the employee in question. They assured me that her unprofessional attitude regarding the incident is being addressed by management. I do not want the review to effect Dr.Zafar, who is with the Premier group, in a negative way. He’s a good doctor! Therefore, I am changing the review to 5stars.I love Dr. Zafar and Martin (MA). They are the best. But unfortunately today I experienced an incident with the front desk lady who works on the Behavioral side of Premier. Dr Zafar’s office returned my call, right away! I was able to schedule an appointment for that same day, and everyone was very kind when I arrived. Martin took very good care of me. Everyone is friendly.
